"Major League vs T ball"

"My office was damaged by a flood from a neighboring suite. All Dry came and had the walls opened and drying immediately. Another company went next door. The difference between All Dry and the others was major league vs T ball. The other company did a bad job and caused delays, to the point where I had All Dry show them their floor was still wet. Then the other company came out and finished what they should’ve done in the first place. Don’t waste time on others. Call All Dry first."

"Clean Up was Immaculate"

"I recently had a fire in the back of my kitchen stove. Smoke and flames made a terrible mess. My daughter called All Dry Services and they were to come later in afternoon of fire. Three young men were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The flames and smoke had my kitchen area unliveable. I am a 72 year old widow living alone. These gentlemen made me feel so at ease. They were friendly and prompt, even coming by on Sunday to check on the machines. I am so thankful for the excellent job All Dry performed from the fire. The clean up was immaculate. "I don't write many reviews but when a company provides such outstanding service, I want people to know! I've had multiple septic backups so I have experience with several companies. After the last backup, Servpro didn't show up or call! I spent hours leaving voicemails but no luck. I was so upset. I finally called All Dry and spoke with one of the owners, Derek. I was shocked that someone answered. He was so understanding and so nice. He told me, don't worry we're going to take care of you! I immediately felt relieved. Derek sent his team to clean up the water right away. When you work with them you feel like you're their only customer but believe me you're not. They also provided mold and bacteria remediation for us. I had remediation done twice before and I couldn't believe the difference. They provided a professional, detailed outline of the work, explained everything and followed industry standards. None of which the other companies did. They left my basement looking and smelling better than before the backups. After more than 10 years of mold and septic backups, I was elated! Derek and co-owner Patrick are two of the nicest, most professional people I've ever met. I only wish I found All Dry a long time ago!"
